Returns & Exchanges

At DND Performance Interior, we strive for total customer satisfaction with our premium apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
